What is EFX?
EFX training uses a system of ropes and handles designed to allow you to build strength, core stability, fitness and balance by utilising a combination of gravity and your own bodyweight through hundreds of different exercises and movements.
Who is it for?
Anyone! Designed for people of all ages and fitness levels as you control the resistance by simply adjusting body positioning. All exercises can also be modified depending on ability, injury, etc. so it is ideal for those returning to play from injury. It benefits people of all fitness levels from the beginner to the athlete.
