Bodyweight Training EFX


What is EFX?
EFX training uses a system of ropes and handles designed to allow you to build strength, core stability, fitness and balance by utilising a combination of gravity and your own bodyweight through hundreds of different exercises and movements.

Who is it for?
Anyone! Designed for people of all ages and fitness levels as you control the resistance by simply adjusting body positioning. All exercises can also be modified depending on ability, injury, etc. so it is ideal for those returning to play from injury. It benefits people of all fitness levels from the beginner to the athlete.

When and where?
If you’re interested in this fast, effective total body workout, give us a call on 07 5795601. Classes are Tuesday and Thursday at Foundation Clinic on First Avenue at 12pm and 1pm.
