Foundation Clinic Yoga aims to gently build strength, increase flexibility and improve concentration, while also giving your mind a break from the demands of daily life.
Instructor Kalenna Houston is a qualified yoga teacher, having completed over 200 hours of training - "I encourage students to use the breath as a tool to guide their bodies through the movement and as a way to find ease in the more challenging aspects of the practice. I believe that yoga is for everyone and my aim is to support people to grow their yoga practice!"
Classes last 1 hour and are tailored to your ability.
$15 casual rate per class, or $144 for 12 classes
