What Is Suspension Training?
Suspension training utilises body weight and forces the body to employ all of its core, stabilisers and all the major muscles.
It is totally progressive and regressive, allowing for any level of fitness and ability to train and do a complete body workout, performing a large range of purely functional exercises, concentrating on perfect form and movement patterns. Due to the progression and regression suspension training, the EFX training programme accommodates athletes in training, people new to training as well as people needing rehabilitation from injuries.
Due to the partial suspension and the ability to incorporate additional muscles into regular functional movements, EFX training allows for complete control of movements resulting in greater mobility and increased form.
