I graduated in 2018 from AUT with a Bachelor of Health Science (Physiotherapy), after four years of University I returned back home to the beautiful Bay of Plenty and have been at Foundation Clinic ever since.
I have a keen interest in sports injuries but also love working with people from all walks of life, helping to enhance mobility and strength, reduce pain and ultimately help them to lead a more active and rewarding lifestyle. During the rugby season I work alongside Te Puke Sports Premier and Development teams, Bay of Plenty under 18s and Te Puke High School first XV.
When I am not in the clinic or on the rugby field, I enjoy being outside and keeping active, I also love to travel. Being a part of this team is exciting and rewarding and I look forward to continuing to develop my professional career here at Foundation.
My main areas of interest are complex sports injuries, in particular running injuries and working with our young talented athletes to improve performance and reduce the risk of injury.
