Have you ever wanted to learn how to tape simple injuries?

With many different versions of taping ankles, knees, shoulders and wrists online - it can be hard to find a version that is simple, supportive and easy to perform.

Here at Foundation Clinic, we have collected videos over the years of our Physiotherapists taping these joints, and have placed them on our youtube channel.

How to tape a Shoulder injury:

This can be adjusted by changing the direction of the force, or adding compression over the AC joint.
