In the last 3 years I have been part of Foundation Clinic's sponsorship program I have improved out of sight in my movement patterns and preventing injury. My Physio, Kendall has always been on top of any problems I bring to her and her sporting background gives her a vast knowledge about sports injuries and can relate to my needs as an athlete. Because I use a Strength and Conditioning coach, Physio and Massage they must communicate with each other about my strengths, weaknesses and any problems and how to combat them in an effective way, which I find they do exceptionally. My coach is also very much kept in the loop around any problems I have and what I am doing to fix the problem. I always recommend Foundation Clinic's services to anyone who asks about Physio, Massage or Strength and Conditioning because of their professionalism, effective care and the friendly vibe from the whole team.NZ Canoe racing Team
Big thanks Craig and Caleb! I achieved my goal of winning the two day Coast to Coast :) Super happy and it was all the small things that gave me the edge. I could actually feel the specific strength exercises kick into gear during the race, power and strength in an endurance race is such an awesome feeling to have! Also the annoying rehab exercises and every day rolling enabled me to smash out 23-26 hour training weeks leading up to it.Multisport Athlete
I am so privileged to be a part of Foundation Clinic's Team. I have received hands down the best treatment possible and gone from an athlete who is constantly sore and inflexible to one who is very strong and well balanced. After doing a muscle balance test with my Physio Kendall Elliot it became clear my body wasn't coping with the pressures of training and racing. With the combination of a rehabilitation programme and ongoing treatment the team at Foundation have allowed me to push my body in both my training and racing and have helped me take my sport to the next level.NZ Surflifesaving Team
When I first partnered up with Foundation Clinic it was clear from the start that they held a drive to provide patients with the best possible service and achieve the desired outcomes. This drive was consistently backed by extensive knowledge and experience amongst a broad spectrum of disciplines. My K1 performance has improved significantly over the past three years and I have tracked progressively towards becoming more internationally competitive. Craig Newland, Siobhan Hall and Caleb Marriner were a huge factor in helping me reach these milestones. Not only were they knowledgable and experienced, they immersed themselves in the sport to build a greater understanding of the complexities in Paddling a kayak. They proved to be innovative and remained engaged as we constantly sought a performance edge. The team work that Foundation Clinic's staff display is a big reason why I enjoy working with them. They not only work off each other to ensure they achieve the best possible results, they make sure you feel a part of the journey and have a lot of fun along the way. I cannot thank Foundation Sports and Rehabilitation Clinic enough. It has been an absolute privilege to work with this team and I would not hesitate to recommend them to any one, no just High PerformanceNZ Canoe racing team
I have been lucky enough to be a part of the Foundation team for just under a year now and from my very first appointment I was really impressed and knew I had come to the right place. Kendall was never rushed and always extremely thorough; and I have always felt that getting on top of my injuries fast was her number one priority. The Foundation team's years of experience are not only evident in their skill at injury diagnosis but also in helping me to improve underlying imbalances to prevent future injuries. Therefore, they have contributed greatly to enhancing my overall paddling ability and play a key role in the results I have achieved so far.NZ Junior canoe racing team
