"These classes are different every session to keep it interesting, we focus on introducing new movements & exercises to increase strength, mobility and just a little bit of cardio to get your heart working!
The women in my sessions range from late 40's and Betty is 83 years young, who have finished physio and were ready for something more to help them reach a better quality of life.
