Recovery time will depend on your condition and your goals. Are you looking to return better than before and get back on the field, or do you need to manage chronic back pain symptoms? Our physios will take you through a personalised treatment plan to help you maximise your recovery.

During your first session, we will analyse your condition with an in-depth history and physical examination. After identifying the source of your symptoms, and contributing factors, we will establish a treatment plan that could involve manual therapy techniques and home-based exercises to reduce pain and improve well-being. Once you can move freer, and your pain is stable, we will progress exercises to be gym-based, with the goal of returning you to life stronger and fitter than ever.

Your physio can advise you on the best steps for preventing future injuries and remaining pain-free. This can include load management, gym-based strengthening, mobility and manual therapy.

You do not need a referral to see a physio with experience in dealing with back pain. We accept ACC and private patients; simply fill out our online booking form or call 07 579 5601 for an appointment.
