Sports rehabilitation and athlete development programme

Young athletes deserve the right support early on, especially when injuries interrupt their momentum. Our youth sports rehabilitation and athlete development programme (ADP) provides a clear, structured pathway to rebuild through strength and conditioning.

With guidance from an experienced Physiotherapist and a focus on long-term development, every session helps athletes grow more capable, more resilient, and better prepared to return to peak form.

Training at Foundation Clinic

Our athlete development programme turns sports rehabilitation into a structured pathway that teaches movement skills, physical conditioning, and confidence after an injury.

Rehabilitation sits at the centre of everything we do. We help you understand why consistent training matters, how progress happens, and what it takes to return to your sport feeling stronger and more competent.

Inside our supportive environment, you’ll learn proper technique, balanced loading, and safe progression. Under the guidance of our Physiotherapist, you’ll complete targeted exercises to restore strength, improve sports performance, and rebuild trust in your movement.

Research shows that consistent strength training for youth athletes can increase strength by 30–50% within 8-12 weeks. Those gains only last when you keep up regular sessions, so we emphasise twice-weekly training and staying on track across the term.

Gym strength programme

Our gym-based training and conditioning for young athletes focuses on building functional movement patterns, safe lifting techniques, and sport-specific strength and conditioning.

Weekly training plan

Every student gets a programme tailored to their sport, age, and current abilities. It keeps training purposeful through the week, clarifies what each session is designed to achieve, and builds steady progress toward long-term goals.

Group nutrition session

Young athletes learn the basics of fueling for sport recovery. 1-on-1 sessions are available at an additional cost for those wanting extra support.

Rehab room access

For those who need time to complete additional exercises or mobility work, optional rehab room access is available for a fee.

Schedule and pricing

  • Classes run Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 4 pm to 5 pm
  • Memberships cost $20 per week — attend as many classes as you like

Our athlete development programme is ideal for youth athletes, including students involved in school or club sport who want structured rehabilitation, better technique, and safe progression after an injury.

Most athletes need at least two sessions per week to make progress and maintain gains.
