Hi, I’m Clio! I was born in Ireland and studied Physiotherapy in the Netherlands before spending the past three years working in the UK.

During my studies, I completed a sports minor that developed my skills in injury management and rehabilitation. I later worked as a pitch-side physiotherapist for a Gaelic football team back home in Ireland, where I provided first aid, supported return-to-sport testing, and helped manage concussions. Those experiences taught me the importance of teamwork, clear communication, and helping athletes return safely to the game they love.

In the UK, I’ve worked with a wide variety of clients — from those with musculoskeletal and neurological conditions to women’s health concerns.

Outside of work, I’m happiest by the water — I love swimming and scuba diving whenever I can. I’m also a big rugby fan (especially when Ireland’s playing!) and enjoy spending time outdoors with friends
