Hi, I am your friendly face on reception at the Athlete Factory.

I started dancing at age 5 (because my Dad was concerned for my spatial awareness!) and have studied ballet, jazz, contemporary, musical theatre and Pilates ever since. I trained at a full-time ballet school at age 16 in Melbourne before moving to Brisbane to complete my Associate Degree in Dance with Distinction at the Queensland University of Technology. My dance journey has toured me around New Zealand with Black Grace Contemporary Company and around the World as a production cast dancer for Royal Caribbean Cruise lines, where I met my English husband. We have two adorable Cavoodle’s and spend a lot of time at the beach.

Dance and exercise have always been a huge part of my life and I am excited to be part of the exceptional Foundation Team and to meet you all.
