I have been working as a physio in the musculoskeletal and sports industry for the past 20 years. During this time I have honed my skills in Sports Physiotherapy and rehabilitation, including completing my Post Graduate Diploma in Sports Medicine.
Throughout my career I have worked in various musculoskeletal and sports clinics as well as with elite, high performance sports teams across various codes. As well as my work in the clinic, I am also currently the Head of Physiotherapy Services for the Bay of Plenty Rugby Union and contracted with NZ Cricket to help keep our top sports Men and Women in the best shape possible.
My main areas of interest are complex sports injuries, in particular running injuries, cricket injuries and working with our young talented athletes to improve performance and reduce the risk of injury.
When I am not working I spend as much time as possible with my family and try to get out running or fishing as much as possible.
