While I am originally from Cambridge, UK, I have been lucky enough to call New Zealand my home since 2023. I’ve tried my hand at most sports and found my passion in CrossFit and Basketball. Physio came naturally to me as it combined my love of sports, science and helping people! I really enjoy helping people with a mix of hands-on therapy, exercise based rehab and some good laughs along the way! My current clinical favorites are anything knee, shoulder or running related. 

Since moving to New Zealand, I have now also found myself learning to surf and working towards progressing my PADI scuba diving qualifications

I am excited to be working with such an experienced team at Foundation Clinic and continuing to hone in my skills
