Born and raised in an active Bay of Plenty community, my love for sport and the outdoors developed later in my teenage years. With this came a lot of sporting injuries and inspired me to become a Physiotherapist so I could help others to manage their health and reach their potential.
Since graduating from AUT in 2016, I have worked in a wide variety of hospital, clinic, and sports settings, both in New Zealand and the United Kingdom. Working in private practice and with professional athletes in Scotland strengthened my passion for musculoskeletal physiotherapy, especially in post-operative and sports rehabilitation.
Outside of working hours you'll find me running, cycling, swimming or doing anything else outdoor to soak up the beautiful Bay of Plenty climate. I also love to bake (which sometimes motivates the physical activity!) and hang out with my family and friends.
