I grew up in Hamilton East and have been involved in sport for as long as I can remember, focusing particularly on volleyball, rugby, and rowing. Through the many injuries that came with playing these sports, I developed a strong appreciation for physiotherapy and the role it plays in helping people return to the activities they love.
After graduating from Hillcrest High School, I moved to Dunedin to study at the University of Otago, where I completed a Bachelor of Science in Anatomy, a Postgraduate Diploma in Sport and Exercise Science, and a Bachelor of Physiotherapy.
My passion for health, fitness, and sport extends beyond the clinic. Outside of work, you'll usually find me at the gym or on the sideline supporting Fraser Tech Rugby Club.
Prior to joining Foundation, I had the opportunity to work alongside and be mentored by highly experienced post-operative physiotherapists. While I have a particular interest in sports injury management, I am equally passionate about helping post-operative patients regain confidence, function, and return to their everyday activities.
